In 2014, the Supreme Judicial Court docket of Massachusetts identified that selected photographs of nude children, culled from ethnographic and nudist publications, were not lascivious exhibitions and for this reason weren't pornographic; the courtroom ordered dropping of expenses against a prisoner who had been located in possession of the photos.
